Make the layout the source

Author nodes, curves, and patches on a reference mesh. Loom solves subdivision counts across the layout so compatible patches close together.

Change density without starting over

Move curves, adjust edge counts, or set a face budget and regenerate. Symmetry and the patch structure carry the intended edge flow through resolution changes.

Keep decisions in your hands

Suggestion tools propose arcs for you to accept and edit. The generated mesh remains a build result until you choose Apply.

    Install in Blender

    Download the nx-loom ZIP and install it through Blender’s addon preferences, or use NX Hub. Select the reference mesh you want to work on.

  2. 02

    Draw a layout

    Open the NX Loom sidebar, create a New Layout, and activate Loom Draw. Trace the edge flow you want across the surface.

  3. 03

    Resolve and apply

    Set edge length or a face budget, inspect any reported problem patches, and rebuild. Apply when you are ready to create the plain mesh.

CURRENT SCOPE

Whole-number subdivisions can make exact face budgets impossible. Unsolvable or non-manifold patches are reported rather than silently filled.
